Mold flow analysis steps

First, the continuous parts are discretized by meshing. A limited number of easy-to-analyze elements are used to describe complex objects, and the elements are connected by a limited number of nodes.

Finite element solution

According to the boundary conditions set by the user, the solution is solved by the linear equations composed of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and state equations.
